1. Introduction
Welcome to Aero Assemblies, Incorporated. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Definitions
Seller: Refers to Aero Assemblies, Incorporated, located at 12012 12th Ave South, Burnsville, MN 55337.
Buyer: Refers to the individual or entity purchasing goods or services from the Seller.
Goods: Refers to the products offered for sale by the Seller.
Services: Refers to the services offered for sale by the Seller.
3. Ordering
Acceptance of Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.
Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, the Buyer will receive an order confirmation via email. This email serves as an acknowledgment of the order.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of order will be honored.
Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfer, and purchase orders (with approved credit).
Taxes: The Buyer is responsible for any applicable sales tax, use tax, duties, or other government fees.
5. Shiping and Delivery
Shipping Policy: We ship within the United States and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or time of quotation.
Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Inspection and Reporting: If Aero Assemblies, Incorporated arranged for the transportation, the Buyer must inspect and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt. If the Buyer arranged for their own transportation, the Buyer must notify Aero Assemblies, Incorporated of the transportation details so we can work to resolve any issues in a reasonable amount of time.
6. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: Standard Goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange along with a 20% restocking fee, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Any discrepancies are to be reported to Aero Assemblies within 10 days.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom wire rope assemblies and other special-order items are non-returnable.
7. Warranty
Custom Wire Rope Assemblies: Custom wire rope assemblies carry no warranty beyond them being made to the specifications that were provided or agreed upon during our purchase transaction. Any defects in material or workmanship will be addressed within the scope of the agreed specifications.
Inspection and Reporting: The Buyer must inspect the custom wire rope assemblies upon receipt and report any discrepancies, defects, or similar issues within 10 days after receipt.
8. Limitation of Liability
Liability: The Seller’s liability for any claim arising out of the sale of Goods or Services is limited to the purchase price of the Goods or Services.
Indirect Damages: The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the sale of Goods or Services.
9. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
10. Change to Terms
Modification: The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
