Nylon is the strongest synthetic fiber rope. It knots
well and has high elasticity. It has memory which will allow the
rope to return to its original length after it is stretched. This
rope works well in wet conditions. It will absorb water and shrink
but is resistant to mildew and rot. Nylon is also resistant to most
chemicals and oils.
